- Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing)

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs

- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals

- Maintain and update candidate database

- Support onboarding process

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh graduates are welcome)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good command of English

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
