1. Cambodian nationality, gender unlimited, aged 25-35.
2. 3+ years of sales experience in building materials, coatings, or related engineering projects.
3. Stable, authentic, and outstanding sales performance over the past 3 years.
4. Fluent in Khmer, with English proficiency for work purposes.
5. Familiar with the Cambodian construction industry, distributors, and building materials market.
6. Possess client resources, project development capabilities, and a strong sense of closing deals.
7. Capable of independent client visits, adapting to field sales and project follow-ups.
