- Ensure timely and high-quality administrative duties
- Manage work results and risks within assigned tasks in accordance with Company regulations.
- Take responsibility for reporting, monitoring and management related to the office and team house in the Company.
- Ensure timely office and equipment maintenance to satisfy working conditions.
- Maintain order and internal hygiene in the Company and branches in accordance with company requirement.
- Carry out financial payment/settlement procedures related to car gasoline.
- Assist branches and coordinate with partners to handle issues related to the use of fuel cards (renew/lost/damaged cards, ensure correct filling level, correct vehicle, etc.);
- Support the branch in drafting contracts with collaborators, renting offices, etc.
- Perform reception work when requested such as welcoming guests, assisting in meetings.
- Organize birthdays for company employee monthly
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business administration and other relevant skill;
- 1 or more years of working experiences is an advantage;
- Computer literacy in MS Office;
- Attention to detail and good organization skills;
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills;
- Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure.
